Hi! I’m Alberto Romo, Accounting & Profit Drivers Management Advisor, with almost 30 years of experience in Financial Management and Accounting. One of my greatest passions is to help entrepreneurs and business owners build a profitable and strategy-focused business. Through expert financial guidance and innovative solutions, I am able to provide my clients with the best possible strategic planning and training.
In addition to my financial and accounting expertise, I dedicate time to reading business books and to studying successful business ventures. In the past, I have created key management systems and training programs, to enhance organizational effectiveness. Most recently, I have been working on creating PRO5MAN, which stands for “PROFIT DRIVERS MANAGEMENT." The PRO5MAN system is a financial and strategic system focused on what I call the "5 main profit drivers" of any business. These are based on what I've learned the past 15 years as a financial controller, my previous experiences as a business advisor, and the latest effective financial and managerial practices. With the PRO5MAN system, as well as hard work and discipline, my clients will have a path that leads to a successful and profitable business.
